Cashier/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing food orders and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all cash handling is performed accurately.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide support to kitchen staff as needed, ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance when needed to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role.

Pay: $17.20-$18.93 per hour
