Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Duties
– Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assist customers in making choices
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
– Promote special sales and offers to customers
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Requirements
– Experience in customer service, or cashiering preferred (in the same company would be preferred)
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
– Proficiency in English
– Knowledge of phone etiquette is desirable

– Multitasking and able to handle numbers of guests at the same time

– Speed of service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
