Car Wash Attendant 

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility. You are also responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, dry, and shiny upon returning to clients while consistently meeting customer and client expectations by providing excellent service.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Guide cars into the wash area in a pleasant and friendly demeanor
• Preform exterior hand wash, tire shine, wax, polish and interior cleaning (Shampoo, Vacuum, Window, Dash wipe down) of vehicles
• Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and back room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean, and maintain a tidy and organized space
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, hoses are hung properly, and trash cans are emptied
• Address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to customers, and the car wash facility.

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to safely maneuver on wet surfaces and wear proper slip resistant footwear
• Exposure to cleaning products and loud noises

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous Car detailing/Car wash experience is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail is required
• Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
