Aboutthe role
If you want to be part of our great team, we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Contact Centre where we use ourexceptional product knowledge to ensure our customers have their requirements met and serviced to a high standard. Whether you're just starting out or have many years of experience,it will be yourpositivity, attention to detail and hunger to learn that willhelp you succeed.
You would be liaising with our regular cycle of customers via phone and emails, communicating all information and accurately acquiring orders. This involves supporting all Tegel promotions and new product launches by prompting sales and knowledge of products. Your forte would be to actively upsell and increase distribution on daily basis. You'll be required to liaise with internal company contacts and relay information and feedback, as necessary.
Right now, we have an opportunity to work from 7 am to 3.30 pm, these are great hours for work-life balance and beating peak traffic when you are commuting in to work.
