Cake Maker

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cake Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in baking cake. As a Cake Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing cakes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of our baked goods.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Package finished products for display or delivery, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for cake production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, specifically in food preparation and baking.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools used in cake making.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• A passion for baking.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Additional pay:

Experience:

• Baking: 1 year (preferred)
