Your Role:

• Work remotely and manage your own schedule while focusing on driving business development initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and generate leads through creative strategies and online campaigns.
• Conduct brief introductory meetings via phone or Zoom (scripts provided).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and community partners.
• Participate in weekly Zoom training sessions to refine your skills and grow professionally.

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• A natural leader who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
