Our client is a pioneering FinTech firm specializing in cutting-edge banking solutions. They are on a mission to help businesses and ambitious entrepreneurs grow, globally! With a focus on various financial products and services, they are transforming business financial management globally. They work with over 1000 businesses and have been featured in The Globe and Mail, betakit, and BBN Bloomberg. They are one of Toronto’s fastest growing start-ups and are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join their sales team!


  • Promptly respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
  • Lead new customers through the initial setup and implementation of Loop’s products or services
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate features effectively and benefits
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities in our CRM system
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance


Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service in a startup environment
  • Must be willing to work 100% in-office (this is not hybrid or remote)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and effective messages
  • A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle frustration and maintain a positive outlook when engaging with new customers
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize efficiency
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Motivated by exceeding targets, with a proven track record of consistently over-achieving quotas
  • Ability to analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
