Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Independent Brokers to support our last-mile delivery operations. Ideal candidates will own or manage a fleet of minivans or cargo vans and have access to trained delivery drivers. Must have atleast 3 minivans or cargo vans. As a broker partner, you will play a critical role in helping us fulfill daily delivery routes quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide and manage a fleet of minivans or cargo vans suitable for last-mile delivery.
- Recruit, assign, and oversee drivers to ensure daily routes are staffed and completed on time.
- Ensure driver compliance with all safety, service, and delivery standards.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for efficient route execution and real-time updates.
- Track and report deliveries, driver performance, and any operational issues.
- Handle scheduling, route planning, and ensure driver coverage 6–7 days per week if needed.
- Ensure proper insurance and legal documentation are maintained for all vehicles and drivers.
- Act as the main point of contact between your fleet and our operations team.
Experience
- Proven experience managing a fleet of delivery vehicles (minivans or cargo vans preferred).
- Experience hiring, managing, and coordinating drivers for daily delivery routes.
- Familiarity with route optimization tools, dispatch systems, and GPS tracking is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-volume delivery schedules and maintain performance under pressure.
- Previous contracts or partnerships with e-commerce, courier, or delivery platforms is a strong advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300.00 per day
