  • Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
  • Handling order processing and quotation requests using various methods, providing support to both the inside and outside sales teams.
  • Maintaining a professional approach when managing incoming phone calls and text messages.
  • Collaborating closely with buying groups and suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ requirements and suggesting suitable products or services to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Building long-term customer relationships based on trust, employing effective communication strategies.
  • Strictly adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and offering timely solutions to resolve any issues.
  • Undertaking additional duties assigned by a supervisor, including after-hours on-call support for the branch.
  • As the Branch Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency within the organization.

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Strong Acumen and sales
  • Previous experience in the HVAC-R industry, retail sales, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Willingness to operate a forklift, with necessary training provided as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Availability to respond to emergency on-call rotations after hours.
