Our team in North Edmontonis currently looking for aBranch Managerto become an integral part of the team.


Key Responsibilities:


The Branch Manager is accountable for growing the Branch sales while maintaining or bettering the overall Branch profitability. The Branch Manager will provide leadership to the team by adopting a coaching approach and demonstrating accountability. You will work to the following responsibilities:



  • Accountable and responsible for sales growth within the market segment
  • Day to day supervision and management of staff while championing our core values
  • Determine new customer opportunities, establish sales and achieve sales targets
  • Provide customers with quotations (bids), follow up on open bids/large project quotations, and provide feedback to Regional Manager on progress of bids
  • Direct all activities for branch including purchasing, administrations, facility maintenance, human resources, and safety training
  • Coordinate and participate in vendor training sessions for customers
  • Assist Regional Manager with the development of clear organizational plans, long and short-term sales/margin goals, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI's) for the branch
  • Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Strong B2B or outside sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience HVACR industry
  • Minimum 5 years experience in wholesale distribution
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to communicate with employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accountable for results and sales driven
  • Post-secondary education in management or a related field is an asset.
