Superior Forklift is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Superior Forklift is looking for a customer-oriented <strong>Branch Administrator</strong> to join our team in <strong>Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.</strong> As the Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting and directing customers and branch visitors in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As the Branch Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li>Managing branch reception duties, including answering phone calls, collecting information, and directing walk-in visitors at the branch</li><li>Coordinating shipments and interoffice mail</li><li>Ordering and maintaining office supplies and marketing items</li><li>Tracking invoices and following up with vendors on outstanding payments </li><li>Assisting Service Dispatchers with the coordination of service jobs for Technicians</li><li>Entering safety data into the filing system and accurately maintaining safety records</li><li>Completing expense reports and providing administrative support to various departments including Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service</li><li>Managing and reconciling branch petty cash</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: </p><ul><li>Previous reception or customer service experience</li><li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organizational skills, and prioritization and planning skills</li><li>A customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all job levels</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>A confident self-starter and team player</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p><p>Superior Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: </p><ul><li>Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents </li><li>Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage </li><li>Annual health care spending account </li><li>Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paid </li><li>Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid</li><li>Employee assistance programs </li><li>RRSP matching </li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li></ul><p>The base pay range for this role is: $40,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience. </p><p>This is an <strong>onsite</strong> role based in <strong>Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.</strong></p><p>Superior Forklift would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
