<h3>Job Title</h3><br><p>Biomedical Equipment Services Employee 1 (Richmond Hill/Vaughan, ON)</p><h3>Job Description</h3><br><p>Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Service Employee for Philips customers in the Richmond Hill/Vaughan, ON area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.</p><p>Your role:</p><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment utilizing the service manual, OJT, OEM or 3rd Party training.</li><li>The identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate site service personnel.</li><li>Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal. Therefore, the BMET must demonstrate ownership in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about delivering results, ability to establish the priorities of the moment by assessing the priorities communicated by the Site Manager, the Site Team or the customer.</li><li>Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and all related tasks and independently diagnose, resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems, and resolve customer issues.</li></ul><p>You're the right fit if:</p><ul><li>Located in or near the Richmond Hill/Vaughan, ON area.</li><li>Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.</li><li>1+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; general biomedical, defibrillators, ventilators, and/or anesthesia experience highly preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors and computer hardware including applications, programming, and systems functionality.</li><li>Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.</li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that is compliant with Philips' Fleet Policy.</li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .</li><li><p>You must be able to:</p></li><li><p>Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.</p></li><li>Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).</li><li>Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.</li></ul><p>How we work together</p><p>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.</p><p>In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
