<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Job Summary:The Intermediate BIM Coordinator will work closely with the BIM Manager and project team members, and will be responsible for the coordination and management of BIM models and related data.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture or engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the creation and management of BIM models and related data</li><li>Coordinate with project team members to ensure BIM models are up to date and accurate</li><li>Conduct clash detection and resolution</li><li>Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related data</li><li>Collaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success</li><li>Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders</li><li>Participate in site visits and inspections</li><li>Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols</li><li>Manage project documentation and schedules</li><li>Mentor junior team members and oversee their work</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master&#39;s degree preferred</li><li>3-5 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others</li><li>In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocols</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills</li></ul><p>Internal Job Code: BM-CO-03<br />Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annually</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>4F43HOIGgx</p></p></p>
