Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the sales and recruitment industry, is seeking a Bilingual TA Business Partner to join their team. As a Bilingual TA Business Partner, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment of sales professionals across Canada. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual TA Business Partner
Location: Montreal, QC (Downtown, Boulevard René-Lévesque West)
Pay Range: $42 to $45/hour
Shift: 8h00 to 05h00 pm
6 months contract with extension and transition to a permanent role based on performance.
What's the Job?
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for sales professionals, including sourcing, screening and hiring candidates across Canada.
- Engage with hiring managers and HR partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct interviews with candidates at various levels, including senior executives, to assess suitability and fit.
- Leverage technology tools such as ATS/CRM systems to streamline the recruitment process and maintain data integrity.
- Promote employment branding through social media and digital platforms, representing the organization at career events and college fairs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales recruitment.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Experience engaging with candidates at all levels, including senior leadership roles.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and digital recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
