Job Title: Bilingual Order Entry Representative (French and English Required)
Location: Vaughan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hybrid: 3 in office (Tuesday;Thursday and 3rd day is rotated every 2 weeks) and 2 at home
SALARY: 50-60 k + 2% (Incentive Plan)

JOB HOURS: 8:30am -5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
- Manage and process sales orders received through various channels (email, fax, phone, EDI).
- Investigate and resolve issues related to shipment status, returns, credits, and debts.
- Process Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and ensure timely credits are issued.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to project teams focused on driving customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain customer pricing, special instructions, and ensure accurate order processing for consignment orders.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Strong analytical abilities to research, summarize, and communicate complex information.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A post-secondary education degree is required, with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or order management role.
- SAP experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not required.
