<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions</li>
<li>Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications</li>
<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements</li>
<li>Create test case scenarios and support business application testing</li>
<li>Draft user stories and business requirements documentation</li>
<li>Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects</li>
<li>Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation</li>
<li>Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile / web apps</li> <li>Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Degree</b> in Business, IT, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience in the insurance industry is required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred)</li>
<li>Certification in health insurance (INS / LOMA / III) is a plus</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, epics, sprints)</li>
<li>Solid business analysis skills: facilitation, process mapping, UAT, requirements gathering</li>
<li><b>Excellent time management and communication skills</b></li>
<li>Familiarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentation</li>
<li>Technical writing experience is a bonus</li>
<li><b>Fluent in both English and Spanish</b></li>
<li>Prior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients is highly preferred</li>
