Bartender/Server – Part Time

We are TEXAS LONGHORN – Established in 1987, the Texas Longhorn has become a Mississauga landmark serving the community for over 25 years! We are an independent restaurant with spacious spot with an open-flame grill, dishing up casual Tex-Mex eats & Southwestern specialties.

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with fun, service, strong self-starters, motivated, fast paced, cheerful, attentive and providing all guests with a truly authentic, genuine, and simply unforgettable experience.

The successful candidate will play a KEY role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and can make very decent money in Tips on top of industry leading wages.

Fluency in spoken English is a must. Spoken Spanish is an asset .

NOTE – To be considered for this part time role – you must have experience working in an establishment where alcohol was served.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Follow Texas Longhorn policies and standards for service.

– Helping to maintain a clean and organized restaurant.

– Bartenders need to follow recipes.

– Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.

– Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order.

– Seamlessly work with other current staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.

AVAILABILITY

– We prefer candidates with ongoing availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
