Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional tea experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve tea beverages following company recipes and standards
– Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
– Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience is a must
– Knowledge of food safety practices
– Strong customer service skills
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
– Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments
– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
– Experience with food preparation techniques is advantageous

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
