Responsabilités

  • Travailler sur des dossiers variés en litige civil et commercial.
  • Rédiger procédures, requêtes, recherches juridiques et mémos stratégiques.
  • Comparaitre devant les tribunaux pour des audiences procédurales, requêtes, motions et audiences.
  • Participer à la préparation de procès et à la stratégie de litige.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs avocats seniors et intermédiaires.
  • Gagner rapidement en responsabilités et en autonomie selon la performance.

Exigences

  • Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en litige civil et/ou commercial.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de rédaction et de jugement.
  • À l'aise dans un environnement à rythme élevé et à haut niveau d'exigence.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la plaidoirie et le travail devant les tribunaux.
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais).

Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal research memoranda, and strategic briefs.
  • Appear before the courts for procedural hearings, motions, and hearings on the merits.
  • Participate in trial preparation and overall litigation strategy.
  • Work closely with multiple senior and mid-level lawyers.
  • Quickly gain responsibility and autonomy based on performance.


Position Details

  • Permanent position based in Montréal (hybrid work model).
  • Entrepreneurial, demanding, and dynamic work environment.
  • Significant hands-on exposure from the outset of the role.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced litigators.
  • Strong platform for building a long-term career in litigation.


Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and judgment skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Strong interest in advocacy and court-facing work.
  • Bilingual (French / English).
