<p>Hello, I am Maxime SOMAGLINO, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, technology, and manufacturing roles.<br>We are experts and speak your language.<br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every step of your career.</p><p>Your Role<br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an innovative company specializing in robotics, mechatronics, and motion control solutions, for a Remote Sales Engineer position in the Montreal region - Permanent, full-remote role.<br>Your Responsibilities<br>- Reporting to the sales management team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:<br>- Develop and drive commercial activities in automation and motion control within the assigned territory.<br>- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to develop new business opportunities.<br>- Support clients in achieving their goals by leveraging your expertise in robotics and mechatronics.<br>- Conduct prospecting and networking activities to strengthen the company's market presence.<br>- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure optimal project follow-up.<br>- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.<br>- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the company's strong brand reputation.<br>*********The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons:<br>- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.<br>- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.<br>- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.</p><p>Professional Skills<br>- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.<br>- Excellent time management and adaptability.<br>- Ability to work independently while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.<br>- Strong communication, presentation, and sales negotiation skills.<br>Your Background<br>- Degree in engineering (robotics, mechatronics, automation, physics, or a related field).<br>- Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales and project management in automation, robotics, or mechatronics.<br>- Experience in machine design and troubleshooting is a plus.<br>- Bilingual in French and English.<br>- Member of OIQ or interested in becoming one.<br>Compensation and Benefits<br>- Fixed salary between $85,000 and $125,000, based on experience.<br>- Uncapped commission structure.<br>- Annual bonus.<br>- Mileage reimbursement.<br>- Contribution to OIQ membership fees.<br>- Comprehensive group insurance.<br>- Full-remote position.<br>Do you see yourself in this description and want to join an innovative company?
