<p>As AD, you will oversee the operations and strategic development of competitive and recreational athletic activities across campuses</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop, organize, and manage competitive and recreational sports programmes from grades 6-12</li>
<li>Hire, train, and mentor coaches for various sports teams</li>
<li>Oversee sports budgeting, purchasing, and equipment</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and health/safety policies</li>
<li>Build positive school spirit and sportsmanship among students</li>
<li>Collaborate with administrators on use of athletic facilities</li>
<li>Engage parents and boosters to support athletic department</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements to APPLY</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education or related field</li>
<li>A Master Degree is prefered</li>
<li>3+ years experience as an Athletics Director or similar role</li>
<li>Knowledge of various sports and related health/safety policies</li>
<li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities</li>
</ul>
