Associate Lawyer - Real Estate
Job Description
Kowarsky & Company is a boutique law firm located in Vancouver downtown with a robust and wide-ranging practice that includes both solicitor and litigator components.*We are looking for a lawyer who:*
* has at least 5 years of experience in real estate conveyancing, mortgage transactions, and foreclosures.
* has a law degree and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in good standing.
* has a warm, friendly personality, the ability to work in a team-based environment, and work professionally under pressure.
* has strong attention to detail and solid work ethics.
*Compensation*: Starting from $110,000 per year commensurate with experience and/or fee splitting arrangement.
