Job Description
Les associé(e)s au service à la clientèle et services spéciaux, sont responsables premièrement de traiter les retours d’articles en magasin et de l’ensemble du processus de suivi de la gestion des commandes clients (GCC), veillant ainsi à la satisfaction de la clientèle. L’étendue de ses responsabilités comprend, les retours d’articles en magasin, les commandes spéciales, les commandes avec installation et les commandes en ligne.
