Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve Human Resources objectives.
- Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards.
- Oversee the successful day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.
- Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.
- Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Prioritize maintenance and repairs, focusing on guest experience and safety.
- Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.
- Foster an engaging environment where all associates are focused on delivering an authentic guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.
- Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
- 5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
