We are currently seeking an <strong>Apprentice Insulators </strong>to join our Fabrication Shops in Airdrie, AB.</p><p><strong>Propak</strong> offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a company matched group RRSP. Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select type of insulation required.</li><li>Measure and cut insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools.</li><li>Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.</li><li>Fit insulation around obstructions and protrusions.</li><li>Install vapor barriers.</li><li>Apply waterproofing finishes over insulating materials to weatherproof surfaces.</li><li>Listen and receptive to instructions and work to achieve set goals, action plans and timelines for project completion.</li><li>Apply knowledge and skills learned from coaches and mentors to ensure completion of the apprenticeship program.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Be eligible for registration as a registered apprentice; or</li><li>Be a registered apprentice.</li><li>Motivated and willing to learn.</li><li>As a condition of employment, employees are required, upon hire, to sign a Drug-Free Workplace Agreement, a Conflict of Interest Agreement and Confidentiality and Invention Agreement.</li></ul><p><strong>Propak Systems Ltd. </strong>thanks all applicants for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p><em>No Phone Calls Please</em></p></p></p>
