What Youll Do
- Perform web and mobile application penetration tests to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
- Apply your knowledge of application security best practices and creative problem-solving to uncover real risks.
- Use tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Acunetix, and custom DBG-developed solutions.
- Contribute to developing new testing tools, techniques, and processes.
- Write clear, detailed client reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously grow your skills by researching new security trends and testing techniques.
- Share your findings and knowledge with teammates to strengthen our collective expertise.
What Youll Bring
- Solid understanding of modern application security standards (e.g. OWASP ASVS/MASVS).
- A passion for learning, mentorship, and staying ahead in the cybersecurity field.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C/C++, Kotlin, or Swift.
How You Can Stand Out
- PortSwigger BSCP certificate (or alternative).
- Security related tooling or project development experience.
- Contribution to open-source projects (not necessarily code).
- Published vulnerability writeups or other published technical writing.
