Job Summary:

ERCO’s Corporate office is looking for a motivated, self-reliant, Co-Op Student to join its Information Technology Team! Reporting to the Application Development Team Lead of Information Technology, the Co-Op Web Developer will be responsible for the implementation of innovative internal business software solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platforms, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Azure Portal, and C# .NET technologies. This is a 4 month contract, starting Winter 2025.

Job Duties:

• Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Database design and implementation in SQL and/or SharePoint Online.
• Back-end application development; Power Automate workflows, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
• Front-end application development; Power Apps canvas-app forms, SharePoint Online custom lists, and C# .NET development.
• SharePoint Online support, including site development, page management, web parts configuration, and Document Library/List record maintenance.
• Writing and maintaining both End User and Technical documentation.
• Solo and collaborative development in a team of 3-4 people.
• Maintenance and support of existing ERCO applications, providing end user assistance with bugs and errors.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a University or College Co-Op program in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in App Development with Power Platforms technologies, Azure Portal, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Object Oriented Programming, C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycles and methodologies.

Hourly Rate: $22.00
