Job Summary

Provide analysis and trend forecasting related to talent acquisition processes from data obtained through Porter’s applicant tracking system, social media and various other sources. Duties & Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert and key resource for both the Talent team and hiring managers on Porter’s applicant tracking system Develop training curriculum and job aids related to talent acquisition systems Coach and train all stakeholders on the functionality associated with the various talent acquisition systems Support our talent systems by implementing updates, requested changes and functional improvements Direct source hard-to-fill positions Respond to internal queries in a timely manner Maintain positive relationships with all external partners Analyze workforce data and design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using talent acquisition systems Research and analyze industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition techniques and analytics Provide insights and recommendations to continually improve talent acquisition processes by leveraging technology Demonstrate discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, and sensitive nature Support People and Culture initiatives and programs Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS), including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy.

Qualifications 3 to 5 years talent acquisition experience Keen interest in self-directed learning as it relates to talent systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives, exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility Proficient with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides and Sheets and Microsoft Office suite, including, Word and Excel Solid Attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to build relationships Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
