Airport Shuttle Bus Driver

Job Overview

The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests to and from the airport. They will ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintain a professional demeanor, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

The Hyatt Place Hyatt House Mississauga Airport Corporate Centre will operate a shuttle service up to 20 hours a day, making this a multi-candidate position.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport on time.
• Maintain a schedule for pick-ups and drop-offs every 20-30 minutes.
• Keep the shuttle bus clean and in good condition.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• While not on a pick-up/drop-off schedule the successful candidate will be assigned additional and nominal duties until the next scheduled pick up time.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely transport up to 12 people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Notes

Candidates must be flexible with their working hours and comfortable with navigating around the Mississauga and Airport areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 2 years (preferred)
