FL Technics is operating in a vast network of representative offices, hangars, and shop facilities, as well as largest independent line maintenance stations network across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and Canada.</p><p><br></p><p>Wright International Aircraft Maintenance Services Inc, subsidiary of FL Technics based in Toronto, is a 30+ years trusted provider of MRO services in Canada, specializing in line maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p>For this purpose, we are looking for our location:<strong> YYZ</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION NAME</strong>: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Supervisor - Full - time position</p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR TASKS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM), and the QA Manager.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead, direct and motivate assigned team of up to 12 AME’s</li><li>Thorough communication with customers MOC, schedule and conduct customer maintenance tasks on their specific policies and procedures.</li><li>Communicate and hand over to opposite supervisor to maintain operation consistency.</li><li>Keep and maintain all employee shift schedule and daily operation workorders in Bi2</li><li>Work closely with the PRM and QA Manager to ensure all training standards are being met and maintained for compliance with CAR’s.</li><li>Ensure paperwork and logbook entries are complete and accurate.</li><li>Keep a clean and organized working environment.</li><li>Promote current policies and procedures as defined in the company MPM and QCP documents.</li><li>Revise existing procedures and generate new processes to enhance safety, knowledge and efficiencies.</li><li>Participate in regular departmental meetings.</li><li>Actively participate in the Wright International SMS including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the company safety policies.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and minimum of three endorsements .(B737NG/MAX, B777,B787 – A320CEO/NEO –A330CEO/NEO, A350, preferred).</li><li>Must hold a valid RAIC and AVOP for YYZ.</li><li>Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required - proven ability to lead a team of AMEs.</li><li>Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li><li>Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WORKING AT FL TECHNICS:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Endorsement courses on various aircraft types (We invest in your growth—because your skills should take off just as much as the planes you work on).</li><li>Industry competitive wages.</li><li>Health benefits & Group plan (Including drug, dental, and visual coverage).</li><li>GRSP matching (We match, you save.
