<p><b>Job Title :</b> IT Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Jira Administration</p>
<p><b>Location :</b> Remote (Canada)</p>
<p><b>Duration :</b> 6 Months (Contract)</p>
<p><b>Client Domain :</b> Product-based company specializing in SaaS-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) applications for public sector organizations.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end Agile software development projects using Scrum SAFe or hybrid methodologies.</li>
<li>Manage cross-functional delivery teams across product engineering QA and UX.</li>
<li>Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and sprint reviews.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between project scope timeline and business goals while managing risks and dependencies.</li>
<li>Own and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows to reflect sprint progress, story points, velocity, burndown and backlog health.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain advanced Jira reports for sprint tracking, release planning, team capacity, cycle time and throughput metrics.</li>
<li>Build and present executive-level reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI) to showcase project status KPIs trends and predictive forecasts.</li>
<li>Integrate reporting solutions across Jira Confluence and third-party BI platforms for end-to-end project visibility.</li>
<li>Establish reporting standards and best practices for performance metrics, quality indicators and delivery trends across Agile teams.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor and communicate project performance, resource utilization, blockers and risks to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Champion continuous improvement in Agile delivery, sprint effectiveness and reporting accuracy.</li> </ul>
<h3>Required Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>10 years of IT Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on Agile software delivery.</li>
<li>Expert-level knowledge of Jira administration including custom workflows, filters, dashboards, automation and reporting plugins (e.g. Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI, BigPicture).</li>
<li>Proven experience in building and managing reporting frameworks using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile metrics and KPIs: velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, lead / cycle time, defect leakage and story point trends.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong ability to convey complex project data in clear concise reports and visualizations tailored to different audiences (executives, product, engineering).</li>
<li>Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent.</li>
