Generations Cleaning is excited to expand and is currently looking for dedicated and hardworking Factory Cleaners to join our team in Concord, ON. Job Details:

Location: Vaughan-Concord, ON.
Shifts: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Hourly Wage: $17.20.
Your Role:
As a Factory Cleaner, you’ll be an essential part of our team, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to keep the factory spotless. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors across various factory areas.
  • Detailing: Dusting ledges, windowsills, baseboards, door frames, and wiping down desks, countertops, and chairs.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Deep cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms – toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
  • Lunchroom & Kitchen Care: Wiping down counters, sinks, appliances, and cleaning floors and tables.
  • Auto-scrubber Operation: Using the auto-scrubber to clean factory floors efficiently and thoroughly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of cleaning experience (factory cleaning experience is a plus).
  • Auto-Scrubber Skills: Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to operate an auto-scrubber.
  • Work Ethic: A self-motivated, organized, and dedicated individual with an eye for detail.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortably able to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
