<h3>Compensation and Scheduling</h3>

<li>Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You can earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour.</li>
<li>Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.</li>
<li>Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.</li>
<li>Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.</li>
<li>Get matched with students aligned to your teaching style and expertise.</li>
<li>Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to help you save prep time and focus on teaching.</li>
<li>We handle logistics—you invoice for your tutoring sessions and we manage payments.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We Look For In a Tutor</h3>

<li>Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.</li>
<li>Expertise in Aerospace Engineering with the ability to explain concepts clearly.</li>
<li>Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.</li>
<li>Preference given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.</li> </ul>
