<h3>Mission</h3>
<p>In a strategic initiative to structure operational communications for the pharmacy division’s business units, the Advisor will design, formalize, and implement a clear and coherent operational communications guide. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the governance framework, incorporating change management to sustainably embed the processes.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Map and analyze current operational communication practices.</li>
<li>Identify friction points and improvement opportunities (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li>
<li>Ensure uniform use of templates and dissemination protocols.</li>
<li>Formalize approval and dissemination processes for operational communications.</li>
<li>Support adoption by developing training and necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with corporate communications and unit governance coordinators.</li>
<li>Implement feedback mechanisms to adjust practices as needed.</li>
<li>Work with IT teams to update and optimize supporting platforms.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of project coordination/management experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of retail operations and required change management.</li>
<li>Proficiency with collaborative digital tools (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate across business contexts with stakeholders at multiple hierarchical levels.</li>
