We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and events.

Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating events, managing bookings, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative operations of the venue.

Coordinate and schedule events, ensuring all client needs are met. Handle bookings and reservations efficiently.

Assist in marketing and promoting venue services. Maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements: Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
