CanAlaska owns numerous uranium properties, totaling approximately 500,000 hectares, with clearly defined targets in the Athabasca Basin covering both basement and unconformity uranium deposit potential. The Company has recently concentrated on the West McArthur high-grade uranium expansion with targets in 2024, leading to significant success at Pike Zone. Fully financed for the upcoming drill season. CanAlaska is focused on uranium deposit discovery and delineation in a safe and secure jurisdiction. The Company's Head Office is in Saskatoon, Canada, with a satellite corporate office in Vancouver, Canada. </em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><strong><em>CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support operations in our Saskatoon office. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting accounting processes, and coordinating training and documentation related to workplace safety. The successful candidate will also assist with exploration permitting, community engagement, and vendor relations.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>This is an on-site position based in Saskatoon.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with Accounts Payable, including invoice coding and data entry into the Company's accounting system.</li><li>Support vendor management and sourcing for Saskatoon operations.</li><li>Manage employee expense reports and corporate card reconciliations.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Saskatoon office, including:</li><li>Employee timesheet entry and management</li><li>Day-to-day office operations</li><li>Maintaining stationery and office supplies</li><li>Shipping and receiving coordination</li><li>Managing office-support contractors</li><li>Coordinate and manage the training program for Saskatoon-based geological staff.</li><li>Maintain personnel records and support the onboarding of new staff.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and management of exploration permits and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislated safety and environmental standards.</li><li>Promote and uphold the Company's health and safety culture in all activities.</li><li>Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounts payable role is an asset.</li><li>Working knowledge of QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Experience with training program development or facilitation is considered an asset.</li><li>Experience in community engagement, permitting, or vendor discussions is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Why Join CanAlaska?</strong></p><ul><li>Be part of a dynamic exploration company with a proven track record of discovery.</li><li>Work in a collaborative and professional environment with growth opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to meaningful exploration projects across Canada's most prospective mineral regions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p><strong><em> Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to:</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>Create Your Resume First
