About the Opportunity

  • Process New and Pre-Owned Vehicles sales and related duties
  • Ensure that correct payments are received
  • Verify that sales documentation is complete ( signatures, appraisals on trades, dealer install options, etc.)
  • Balance gross with General Manager commission sheet and account for variance
  • After posting, check balances of inventory and receivables schedules
  • Prepare receipts for vehicle sales from New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Departments
  • Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and Dealer Trade invoices
  • Post funding received from financial institutions/companies

  • About You

  • 2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Automotive experience or similar experience working with large/franchised business is required
  • High proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Experience with automotive-specific ERP Systems: CDK or One-Eighty is highly preferred
  • Any general accounting experience would be considered a strong asset
  • Salary Range
    $50,000 – $55,000/year
