Position: Accounting & Order Desk Clerk

Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour

Status: Temporary to Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Near Dundas St & Clarke Rd


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting & Order Desk Clerk. This role combines accounting support, order entry, and general customer service responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
  • Assist with basic accounting and data entry tasks
  • Handle customer orders, including order entry, follow-up, and coordination with internal departments
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and general office documentation
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting function
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service or order desk experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
