This role will support accounting functions and assist with monitoring our help desk.<br />The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.<br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><b>Accounting Support:</b></p><ul><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.</li><li>Generate and send invoices to clients.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.</li><li>Handle deposits and filing.</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics BC, AP payment solutions, and advanced Excel skills is an asset.</li></ul><b>Help Desk & Customer Service:</b><ul><li>Provide support through our help desk portal, resolving issues as they arise.</li><li>Respond to inquiries and offer full customer support.</li><li>Initiate and record customer refunds.</li></ul><b>Requirements</b><ul><li>Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive, high-energy attitude.</li><li>Resourceful, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, projectors).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul><b>Benefits</b><br />A comprehensive employee benefits package is available to all full-time employees after the probationary period.
