We are seeking an Account Manager for an international Collections Agency to join our team! You will be responsible for managing files in full capacity from the intake to negotiation and settlement drafting. You will be responsible for communicating directly to our clients on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Previous account management experience
- Work ethic, “Do not take no for an answer” personality types
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
