We are looking for an Account Manager I to join our Small Agency teamsomeone eager to harness Vendastas AI-driven platform to rapidly grow our Channel Partners and help us achieve ambitious growth objectives.</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Job</p><p>As an Account Manager I, youll play a critical role in rapidly onboarding, activating, and growing new Channel Partners using data-backed strategies and AI-enabled tools. This high-impact role combines strong sales acumen, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to translate AI insights into actionable growth strategies that set partners up for long-term success. Youll be the primary point of contact for new partnersguiding them through AI-supported onboarding experiences, training them on Vendastas intelligent solutions, and ensuring they unlock maximum value from their investment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Youll actively manage a portfolio of partners while collaborating with an Account Executive and the Head of Sales, High Velocity, to refine growth strategies using AI-driven analytics. If you love the thrill of fast-paced sales, leveraging AI to identify opportunities, and helping businesses succeed, this is the role for you!</p><p><br /></p><p>Your Impact</p><p>As an Account Manager, you will work with partners and internal teams to:</p><ul><li>Onboard and activate new Channel Partners by quickly understanding their business needs and guiding them through a seamless integration process.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic growth plans to accelerate partner adoption of Vendastas platform, ensuring they see immediate value.</li><li>Drive partner retention and revenue growth by providing ongoing education, best practices, and support tailored to their specific goals.</li><li>Manage high volumes of new partnerships with efficiency, tracking performance metrics and proactively addressing challenges before they arise.</li><li>Leverage CRM tools and automation to segment partners, personalize outreach, and maximize engagement.</li><li>Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless partner experience and alignment on key initiatives.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring to the Table</p><p>You are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow. Your ability to quickly establish trust, identify opportunities, and drive engagement makes you a perfect fit for this high-velocity role. With at least four years of sales experience, you have a proven track record of exceeding quotas while effectively balancing new sales, expansion opportunities, and lead generation.</p><p><br /></p><p>You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and strategic thinking are key. Your deep understanding of channel partner management, sales cycles, and onboarding strategies allows you to proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, strong presentations, and product demonstrations ensures partners stay engaged and see tangible success.</p><p><br /></p><p>You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or SNAP is a plus. A bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business is preferred but not required.
