As an Account Executive / VIP Host, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 250+ top-tier clients who demand the best player experience and customer care as they engage with the Virtual Gaming platform. You will anticipate their needs, provide an experience that surpasses the players’ high expectations, and provide “white glove treatment.” The base salary for this position is $72,500 – $83,000.

THE LOCATION

The head office is in Perth, Australia.

The Canadian office is in downtown Toronto, Ontario.


The position is partially remote, with 1-2 days in the office.

THE PRODUCT/SERVICE


Virtual Casino Games

The majority of clients are located in the United States


PRODUCT & SALES CYCLE

VIP clients- $50,000 to $1,000,000 in revenue annually.


TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES

Build relationships and trust with the clients through friendly and helpful service per their expectations.


Analyze and manage a portfolio of 250+ clients strategically.

Monitor and react to the portfolio’s performance on a regular basis. Choose where to focus on achieving goals while keeping the business and the client’s best interests in mind.

Monitor and analyze player activity and behaviour to identify drops and spikes, proactively acting on opportunities to enhance the clients’ experience.


Increase retention and monetization of your portfolio, positively impacting VGW’s revenue.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


Base Salary $76,000 – $83,000

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND


Experience managing a portfolio of accounts for at least two years.

Experience managing relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers using CRM database management.


Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain relationships with customers.

Strategic with time management, distinguishing between what is essential and what is urgent.
