Youll help designers promote themselves, their work and their services to reach new clients and opportunities on Dribbble. This role is all about connecting with our creative community, understanding what inspires them, and helping them shine. Working with our sales and product team, youll build authentic relationships and deliver thoughtful, results-driven campaigns that support designers success.</p><p><br /></p><p>Designer Advertising at Dribbble is a world of its own. Youll be talking to the creators behind the work the designers who live and breathe the craft every day. You know the design space, enjoy working with creatives, and thrive on turning conversations into opportunities.</p><p><br /></p><p>As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Running proactive outbound campaigns. Identify and engage new advertisers while strengthening relationships with returning partners to meet and exceed goals.</li><li>Driving revenue growth through authentic partnerships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of designer advertisers, helping them promote their work and grow their creative businesses on Dribbble.</li><li>Selling and optimize designer ad inventory. Strategically manage and sell Dribbbles display ads and sponsorship placements to ensure great results for our community and strong revenue performance.</li><li>Collaborating across teams for seamless execution. Work closely with sales and product teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with partner goals and the Dribbble experience.</li><li>Cultivating trusted community relationships. Build lasting connections across the design world and become a trusted partner who champions creativity and opportunity.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>We're looking for:</p><ul><li>Relevant experience. You have hands-on experience in digital or display ad sales and a strong understanding of creative communities. Youre comfortable using CRM tools like Pipedrive, and you know how to turn marketing strategy and insights into meaningful outcomes for designers and advertisers.</li><li>A proven track record. Youve successfully built and managed pipelines, partnered closely with designers or creative professionals, and helped them promote their work in ways that drive real growth and visibility.</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship skills. You know how to connect with creatives, listen with empathy, and build trust through thoughtful conversations. You care about long-term relationships and know how to make every interaction feel genuine and collaborative.</li><li>A passion for design and the creative community. Youre energized by helping designers succeed and are excited to work in a space where creativity and business intersect. You understand the design world and love being part of a team that celebrates it.</li><li>Authenticity. You approach your work without ego and focus on the success of the team.</li><li>Comfortable carrying a quota.
