<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $35 to $45 per hour<br /><p>Currently, we are seeking motivated, accountable professionals to join our team in the role of 310T Mechanic. There are positions available at two of our locations based primarily in a maintenance shop atmosphere; however, our Mechanics may need to make road calls and perform test drives to adequately service our fleet. If you believe our values align, we want to hear from you! <br><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</strong></p><ul><li>Performing preventative maintenance on fleet</li><li>Carrying out diagnostic tests and repairs to a variety of vehicles and equipment using modern maintenance practices</li><li>Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of construction equipment</li><li>Ensuring all Workplace Safety requirements are met</li><li>Reads <span >diagrams/schematics</span> and manufacturers repair manuals for work procedures</li><li>Lubricates, services, diagnoses, repairs, assembles, and maintains various large construction equipment according to the maintenance schedule</li><li>Accurately and efficiently diagnoses and repairs equipment including computer <span >connection/diagnosis</span> with a machine to identify fault codes</li><li>Maintains accurate records of all services, repairs, and other work as required</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3rd year apprentice</li><li>Valid 310T License preferred</li><li>Experience working on various Heavy Equipment preferred</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work outdoors sometimes in difficult conditions caused by snow, dust, temperature changes and weather</li><li>Ability to use workplace technology</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>CAT equipment experience is an asset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Generous Compensation.</p><p>Group RRSP Plan available upon qualification.</p><p>Extended Health Benefits after probation.</p></p></p>
